- Poor compensation - Holding back appraisals and bonuses - Abysmal Management - Company and it’s counterparts (NDX P2P, Famy Finance, Rover Finance) lacking clear vision - Uncomfortable work culture and environment - Getting used to working with broken chairs, desks, power sockets and air conditioner being turned off periodically without a choice

... options:- Either you resign and serve notice period. Or you will be terminated. Prblm was with them and they threaten you that they will terminate you so that company does'nt need to pay you anything. Do not join this thirdclass company which do not provide you job security. No transperency in management.
