1. Non professional company with 12-14 Sunday working every year without pay or adjustment. 2. Worst HR system with no empathy with employees. 3. There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

The HR policy is very worst here.. They are selfish person and never thinks about workers. And the worst thing is reference and reference.. Without reference yaha Kuch nhi hota .. agar ek uneducated v aa Jaye aur reference h to wo engineer ban sakta h

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that market reailble high quality products and has a global client base.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent. I have work 14-18 hours straight in a day I have attended client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night

Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
