Good Crowd (Except some Byju's manager), Good Ambience, TGIS, No strict dressing, Theek thak canteen, Good metro connectivity, If you are a fresher it's a good company

...unrealistic targets and unnecessary pressure. 7 days working most of the times. No job security, Lot of difference in the salary package for the same position, In short they will destroy your mental and physical health. 95% of staff cannot survive more than a year here.

It is the best company as far as growth opportunities and salary structure. I was a little uncertain about joining the company with Saturday working but now I am glad that I made this choice and working here is always fun.
