...management is transparent as well as all the teammates are in supportive nature. Organization HR policy in leaves, appraisals process and salary scale is good, other incentives such as allowances are helpful to employees. Overall working environment and team spirits is good.

The peon have better life than me as he never to deal with the shit as like me dealing with the COO

It is disheartening to see such authoritative work culture. No progressive environment to grow. Salary package is not worth the demotivating words delivered by employer. Always face blame from the employer . Current head is only concern to show off the great work which is never done in actual.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations.
