Accenture provides some amount of work-life balance.

...m. The clarity on progression and future outlook seems to be completely missing. No salary hike for some of the folks from last 2.5 years with no hopes even this year. The culture is also extremely bad. The leadership doesn't invest time in the resources. As a Leader, the focus has to be in growing the team, which is not the case here.

1) Work-life balance is not good 2) Offering Average salary packages in Finance domain to new joiners 3) So many trackers to update and do micro management 4) Cost cutting - If an assistant manager left the company they hire MT or Analyst at low cost to do the same job, where manager face challenges to get the same work done with less experienced people

Package is the only thing you get. Work and life balance gets destroyed with no support from anyone. I agree this situation is with everyone but this has reached beyond level of tolerance.

It was very good upto 2015 now it's a shadow of its former self. If you are with a good manager at least you can get WFH or leaves else nothing good is there anymore.

Salary hikes are below market standard. You will never get the variable amount promised in CTC no matter what's your rating or company performance.

Dislikes

Too much of workload and low work life Balance which doesnt suffice the Salary. Too much work pressure and stressful. Insurance is payable for parents and amount is very high. Not much benefits in terms of employee benefits.
