Self-learning is space is good. Job description given at the time of interview is namesake. Since your job description is designed after 3 months of your joining you will have fantastic time to learn dealing with unstructured culture and internal politics.

Attrition is high because of salary disparity and biased work culture. Negotiate. Don't compromise on salary. Work for a year and be prepared to leave or you will be pressurized to leave. Work culture is gloomy. You are on your own. If you work hard, you will be the only one who will end up slogging hard. Be careful of your health. Founders need to have fair and unbiased leadership. Their ego ruins career and health of employees. There is no growth financially or vertical.

Lot of Autonomy to work, explore, go beyond your comfort zone. A lot to learn and grow.

Policies are very stringent. No weekly off on 1st and 3rd Saturday. So it becomes hectic as there is lot of action packed in a week. Strictly Work from Office Policy.

Organization founders are to self-centric. Hire - use- fire is their motto. Total human/ employee rights violations. No verticle growth. The organization is functional due to a few passionate employees. Not recommended for the beginner as the organization has no support system and the employees are left to their own faith. The attrition rate is very high; In 2019-20 approx. 70 employees left due to a lack of organization structure or harassment. The co-founder has a very bad ego and is not less than a dictator. They really need a sole search for the organization as they are pushing for their own agenda at a cost of ignoring the existing system of Vocational Education in the country.
