very competitive on salary, after clocking out not calls, weekend off and Holidays are given whenever requested well in time. Been here over few year so no issues with contract.

Dislikes

Initially it was bothering me about IP Camera, but with time I realised the reason behind it and if you are following reporting requirements you don't face any issues. Attendance is in focus due to companies global operation.

...e most kind, lovely, awesome manager. One would feel lucky working under him :D Salary-Attractive pay Job security- feel secure looking at company's plans/intentions for further expansion.

As an organization, it needs more improvement when it comes to the way different departments work. Sometimes feel that the things can be more organized:)

- Permanent Work from Home - Pay was Decent

- Absolutely no Job security. You may be terminated at any time any day without reason or notice. - Company Culture is bad. - IP Camera is monitoring full hours of work. - Poor Leadership - People management is absolutely nothing. - Over workload.

Not much to like. Just Remote work. But with IP camera and Screens

...tract got no value. They do whatever they like. Extremely Stressful environment. No Appreciation of work No chance for promotion No pay revision even though agreed as per contract.

- 200% No job security (They will throw you out like garbage without notice period as per contract and without giving any reason. If you do not have backup job, you life will be stuck then . - No Paid Leave (No matter if you are even dead) - IP Camera Monitored. (They always look for our movements) -Toxic Work Environment - Poor Leadership - They only care about money. They don't value the work force. - They only look for your negatives if you have . Never appreciate any of your works.
