very competitive on salary, after clocking out not calls, weekend off and Holidays are given whenever requested well in time. Been here over few year so no issues with contract.

Dislikes

Initially it was bothering me about IP Camera, but with time I realised the reason behind it and if you are following reporting requirements you don't face any issues. Attendance is in focus due to companies global operation.

...e most kind, lovely, awesome manager. One would feel lucky working under him :D Salary-Attractive pay Job security- feel secure looking at company's plans/intentions for further expansion.

As an organization, it needs more improvement when it comes to the way different departments work. Sometimes feel that the things can be more organized:)

NO JOB SECURITY - TERMINATION WITHOUT COMMUNICATION, NO NOTICE PERIOD EVEN THOUGH CONTRACT SAYS SO Poor Leadership Toxic Manager If you ask for salary review, will be terminated without notice. No growth as you will be only limited to same department.

- Absolutely no Job security. You may be terminated at any time any day without reason or notice. - Company Culture is bad. - IP Camera is monitoring full hours of work. - Poor Leadership - People management is absolutely nothing. - Over workload.
