Training is very short and not given properly. Sometimes, work queries are not resolved properly and on time by seniors. Miscommunication is happening sometimes regarding work.

The company has excellent working environment. Its much concerned about employees and gives proper work-life balance, flexibility and respect for all employees. Leadership team is always concerned about team's growth and development opportunities. Leave policies are in place. None of the outstanding work gets unrecognized. Very Organiszed company.

No Job security, Compensation is very less compared to market rate, No other benefits at all, Late night tasks and no weekly off. Need to work during weekends as well

As an employee, we seek complete employment, instead of working as a contractor. And expect a fixed salary, instead of calculating based on the number of hours worked.
