2 to 3% increment yearly, bonus / variable pay have been given as due with respect to resignation, Client feedback is not important if feedback is in favour of employe, No respect for hardworking and honest person only chamcha & chatukaar have respect, people management is very poor, Bonus is part of ctc, Retain settlement amount is low, igoistic post start from lead and manager level. Leads and managers having 0% integrity. Some persons can have permanent wfh and also take benefits of sift allowance, ltts 6 & 5 guys can have sift allowance though he is in office in general sift. Assigning sift allowance is the way of increment.

Timely Salary that's the only positive.

Dislikes

You won't have life working in L&T. Favouritism & buttering is the Only way to get promotion. Even after working 12 hours you are expected to work more while favourites are chilling.

1. Timely annual increment but very low compared to Market standards. 2. Good security is very high.

Dislikes

... very traffic. 4. Quarterly Retention Policy for Mid and senior level position. Good portion is covered in QRP which paid quarterly if you are not on notice pay during payment date. 5. Leave police for causal leave is very tricky. Cannot take more than 4 days off from office even holiday or weekly off comes in between.
