As the days are progressing there is nothing much to like about the company, slowly it is going towards a downfall.

Dislikes

1. CEO taking 115% Salary hike in FY-22, cutting the promotion and increment of the staffs. 2. There isn't any appreciation for the work carried out by juniors and on behalf of them seniors are trying to take all the credits. 3. This company is getting older and older by the day, old people even after crossing retirement age are continuing barring the next level of leadership to take over which is deteriorating for a company's growth and they have to promote comparatively young talent. 4. If a person doesn't work till late hours he is not performing well even though he is smart and working much faster than his peers. 5. Employees are treated as workman here and meant to punch on or before 9 am everyday else after a certain mins of fixed delay every month they will loose their leaves even if the overall delay is for 1 min. The same scenario is not true for punching out of the office, they won't compensate you if you are leaving late by any reason.

...e...They will not listen what u have learnt or not...They want instant output...They are just exploiting new comers and fresher's with low salary and paramount work pressure...

Great place to learn. Provide opportunities for decision making with out having the fear of being wrong. Also provides opportunities for course correction in case of mistakes. Teaches you to be responsible for your decision and helps self improvement by providing excellent training.

Dislikes

Slow career growth and miniscule salary hike. But provides other non monetary benefits on the flip side.

Good work life balance is here for particularly architects.

... which limits the design scope for architects. Working in BIM is essential here. While the initial salary may be decent, the annual salary hike is quite low, typically around 3–4%

...project people wants everything today while document schedule/timeline is there. manager asks for late hour working to achieve deadline without overtime pay.
