...hey are not given just saying anything and extending that discussion day by day. After appraisal also there will be difference in salary they are providing less salary. Manager also not resolving queries 3-4 months.

Work culture, work life balance is good.

Poor appraisal and promotion processes. The HR team shows little concern for employees' contributions, and the management's approach to salary increments is ineffective.

It a good place to work but various factors like work life balance, etc depends on the project allocated to. Good learning and upskilling platforms are available.

Compensation transparency is not good. No slab is followed based on individuals experience or role.

everything is bad, my suggestion is please don't join,becasue there is no project, ****Bench policy is too bad** ****if you are not in the project then, automatically they moved it bench. ****after bench movement even your IS/program managers also did not give any reply reg:project allocation. finally, my suggestion is better to look other opportunity
