Ac paid bus. Good food at reasonable cost.

No social life. No hike because of covid. Only 50% of variable pay during covid. No lockdown. No work from home. All Saturday's working. Never heard of team outings. Have to do mandatory OT everyday without being paid for it.

...re very well. Recreation activity is well enough. Work culture is good enough. Salary credit are in fixed time, irrespective of unavoidable circumstances. Colleagues are very co-operative

... year. Huge medical benefits difference between managers & non-managers level. Salary increment is not quite enough as compared to other India top construction company. Cadre wise Discriminations will feel in every step. Inter connection is not very less between department head and bottom level person. HR/Department head rarely judge the employee in terms of his/her subject knowledge, always judge by his/her certificate. Junior level employees are not getting enough appreciation, only senior level are noticed or present to management.

...gement is transparent . There is a huge caferia and gaming arcade for chilling . Company policies are good appraisals fair and they five good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salery is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 yaer before witch you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to New joiness.
