union worker and all main people are not good with her employer.and salary is very low career growth is also slow.i m start job in lnt 2012 not increases salary after then i deside change my job and company and i change my company 2020.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.i love the fact that i am a part of a team like that.my teammates r from various backgrounds..there are also nice environment to work for...few training also there..it a great filling.

...s very high..i have to work for 14-15 hrs a day..and that not valued my maneger.company growth through high but salary growth very poor.

No week off, No leaves, Working all days in a week for 2-3 sunday working. No appraisal for deserving employees. Micromanagement from Project manager. No leaves for any festival. Working away from home. Working like a slavery. Strict timing for punching in. Daily Working 12-13 hours Minimum.

No direct contact between management and project site execution member. All are systemised, in which no personal recognition of individual is there if immediate supervisor does'nt like you.
