Very old and established company. Hence, can handle unforeseen risks and situations like a pandemic without much truncation in pay or termination of the employee. regular staff salaries without any delay whatsoever every month. Good brand name to work within India as it provides a slight edge over contemporaries in construction field for future prospects.

Dislikes

Long hours work. compensation is decent. but very good learning platform.

Facilities offered by l&t such as sports facilities, lunch ,huge campus.

Dislikes

...policy ,in covid time they deducted employee leaves and also cut their salary. 7 No bonus ,salary structure of l&t is like that ...you will always loose your money when ever you exit from the company 8.They don't believe in increment.According to them increment is alien policy ...which the don't believe. Since India has high unemployment rate ..so this remark is avoided by large number of persons but my suggestion is that ..accept the offer ,work their for 1 year,use the brand name of l&t and get out from the company.

No salary cuts and not even a single contract employee been denied job, full salary given with accommodation without work for more than 3 months during this covid 19.

Has to go through zero worklife balance i.e you will never have a life outside and inside organization it will be like living through nightmares because of favouritism, politics and zero culture. Even have to listen to cuss words involving your parents. And though appears like they have system for everything, none of the systems work. If you raise a complaint to even your HR, HRs will try to settle down the issue like a mediator but never will a complaint be accepted and recorded, and you would be harrased for raising the complaint. Want a life leave this company but if you don't bother about above issues then it is a best place to learn

During lockdown they had supported me and given me the salary that I want but after lock down lifted at the time of unlock 2.0 in September they behave very rudely with employees in the process of pink slips

Working culture and environment was good,but people do lot of politics in work life
