Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  
• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets for oil & gas EPC (Engineering Procurement Construction) projects.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and safety protocols throughout the project lifecycle.
  
• Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and mentor them to improve their skills.
