Working hours ia too long if you are posted on site you have to work minimum 12 hours and maximum can be 14-16 and also at my site you don't get weakly holiday you have to do work on sundaya too that's why i hate there work culture

Nothing. Managers are quite understandable and supportive.

Dislikes

...any micromanagement aspects. No proper resolutions for any general issues faced. Some components of the salary shall be kept on hold, without informing. Variable Pay paypout is very much complicated and one may not receive the promised amount as per the CTC. Leaves are given like ration. 2 leaves shall be credited after every 21 working days.

Partiality, regional feeling, the favourite one always get better appraisal, no value for work, No support from Manager they need only their work to be completed what so ever but not support is provided to complete the work, always we have to spend money for Company & later there won't be reimbursement with nonsense reasons, work culture at site is like there will be one person who always complains about others work & no one will bother to ask whether the one who is complaining is lying or telling the truth..
