Partiality, regional feeling, the favourite one always get better appraisal, no value for work, No support from Manager they need only their work to be completed what so ever but not support is provided to complete the work, always we have to spend money for Company & later there won't be reimbursement with nonsense reasons, work culture at site is like there will be one person who always complains about others work & no one will bother to ask whether the one who is complaining is lying or telling the truth..

Corrupted superiors No work satisfaction Delayed payments leads to problems at site No certain work timings, pressures to go to office on sundays without work Even if we finished our work, you need to stay till 7-8 p.m until the manager leaves

The company is open for innovation and readily adopts latest technology, working culture is very great, learning for the newly joined personels are gret.

Work pressure, compensation is less as compare to the market with same work

...rowth in L&T for lateral joiners. Around 30% of salary paid as variable salary. If anyone resigns before reaching the due date for variable pay, they will not get the same.
