...ons just like in india but achivement is "0". Will mark as "up to the mark". 4. Salary is not compitative & are pathetic. People coming from india or any other country please do not come (HR policy is to calculate in your currency and pay you in abroad) Which leads in surviving issue. 5. No matter how good you perform seniors are not impressed/ no appriciation you have to showcase it personally and and then also there are 50% chance of your senior not noticing the same.

Slow promotion, no proper goal or vision , same work doing in repeat mode from years Frequent changes without clear communication , no any training or knowledge sharing for current technology, all the wrong decision or work done by only ground team and HO team is always right , no appreciation for work which you do beyond your KRA.

...100% also you will not be able to cross 3 points out of 5 in final appraisal. Also some people are very old in system which are with over package and couldn't promote juniors after 5 years of service also. For domination everyone will be there through mails and what's app groups. But o appreciation give to juniors. RO and HO employees having more benifits and fun activities. Warehouse people having limited access to fum activities. No more festive celebrations in warehouse. As they always give reason about having budget issues.
