Firstly the L&T Transportation Infrastructure policy towards to nation building , employee welfare is excellent. The work culture is very homely and timely company identifies the skill update needs of employees and conduct various training to meet the market standards. I have been working from last 10 years after joining as a trainee in this organization and job security is at its best in industry. As a market leading organization our company makes its full efforts to do the best for society , nation building works and its commitment towards Health , safety and quality is the best thing a employee can be proud of.

Dislikes

The compensation is decent but can be revised with current market growth. And need to recognize " work integrated program certification" as educational qualifications.

Likes

Salary on time. Huge scope of learning and skills development. Supportive seniors. Staff facilities and benifits. Caring culture towards employee and their family.

Dislikes

No work life balance. Staying away from family. Have to relocate in every 3-4y yrs if posted at site/projects. Less holidays. No weekend. Company's internal politics.

Company gives more focus on every employees growth by providing an excellent working environment and freedom to implement innovative technologies. Company's health and insurance policies are excellent and it is more employee friendly. Company also gives more focus on women leaders and ensures that the work life balance is highly achieved.

Dislikes

Employees compensation and benefits are not par with industry standards. compensation policy is not clear. working hours are more and work pressure is high on sometimes. Company should focus on employee ergonomics and recreational activities.

I am happy to be a part of team that works for thought process developments and common platform provided to share the views by employee.Company provided good approtunity for development of personal skill through various learing programme such as NPL, EDP.Easily approachable to higher management for any ideas and suggestions related to work.Job satisction and security is highly appricibale by employee.Good Governance by organisation though system.

Dislikes

Yearly salary increments are low. New recruited employee is getting higher salary compared to existing employee in same designation. Working hours are more sometimes, resulting in bad work-life balance.
