Unfair appraisal process. employees are underrated due to Bell curve system. Training and development programs are linked with rating 4-5 rating people are really working hard. those who are in the training and development eating the fruits.

Firstly the L&T Transportation Infrastructure policy towards to nation building , employee welfare is excellent. The work culture is very homely and timely company identifies the skill update needs of employees and conduct various training to meet the market standards. I have been working from last 10 years after joining as a trainee in this organization and job security is at its best in industry. As a market leading organization our company makes its full efforts to do the best for society , nation building works and its commitment towards Health , safety and quality is the best thing a employee can be proud of.
