On one thing that i can add here as a dislike is about work life balance, as working in infra projects it can not be possible. Leading person of a project i have to have response all situations on war foot basis to avoid future losses. To Manage this my organization providing all those facilities which will help me to manage my work life balance.

I am leading a Infra. project as a Project Manager, My site operate round the clock. In peak project duration we operate more than 1000 Human resources & 300+ Critical Machine resources which needs team work & collaborative approach which is our culture
