Firstly the L&T Transportation Infrastructure policy towards to nation building , employee welfare is excellent. The work culture is very homely and timely company identifies the skill update needs of employees and conduct various training to meet the market standards. I have been working from last 10 years after joining as a trainee in this organization and job security is at its best in industry. As a market leading organization our company makes its full efforts to do the best for society , nation building works and its commitment towards Health , safety and quality is the best thing a employee can be proud of.

The compensation is decent but can be revised with current market growth. And need to recognize " work integrated program certification" as educational qualifications.

...t is supportive. Company policies are good. Appraisals are fair and transparent. Salary structure and employee benifits are good. Mediclaim policy is provided to all employees. Company provides financial assistance to employees for further studies. Job training and soft skill training given to employees on regular basis.

Here, in this organization, the management very well appreciates my efforts. The job security is very good. The company policies are good which includes insurance coverage for me and my family.

The work pressure is high which disrupts the work life balance and compensation is not much, however, my career growth is very good and I receive good appreciation.

Job Security, Work Culture though it is spoiled in last few years in comparison to the earlier one.

Most I dislike is variance in salary at same band with almost same experience. Now a days top management politics is became a part of project and affects performance of the project. Work pressure is high which results in poor work life balance.

Career Growth - There is no discussion or skill set mapping done Salary - In last 3 years there has been reduction in salary. Work Life Balance - Management gets angry if call is not received in single shot. Even on sunday and late night.
