Management never provide proper increment, No work life balance, It's desk job, Many senior employee has not practical knowledge of field, There is no salary Slab according to year of experience, Even employee have no work then also management can't relieve early during notice period. Leave policy is also not good. HR is never supporting.

"If employees don't have project allocation, What happened next and what to do " As per rules if any employees don't have project allocation, after 2 month company can fire you without pay. In 2024, many engineers silently fire by L&T Technology Services.

1. Salary is very low for CFD Engineer as compared to market. 2. Yearly Increment is very very low. 3. Even after leaving LTTS and its has been 40 days but I didn't not receive salary of last working month after all the dues are cleared. 4. HR DEPARTMENT of LTTS is very worse, they don't know to how to talk with other people. Everytime they will talk rudely. They will behave like they are the only one in organization who are busy in work

There is nothing good to have hear, only accept the offer if you get any good hike from existing ctc as you are going to loose your complete peace of mind and also there has been news of lay off so there is absolutely no job security with a very rude management. People having 20 yrs work exp have poor technical knowledge but 200% high ego so they are working like street vendors and I will be shocked if this organization continues to be a separate L&T entity in the year 2024 as it is almost garbage in and garbage out. The HR team is capable of playing with your career and they do play with salaries also. Untimely delivery of salaries is a common thing here. They r sinking the good will of parent L&T. Naukri shall stop allowing there HR to post openings, resiculuous place to work in India.
