In LTTS Pune there is no job opportunity HR management is poor No transportation facility There is no Project in LTTS Pune You will be asked to join early and then they will put you on bench Loss of pay after 2 months of bench period. If you want to avoid loss of pay you have to change your location from Pune to Bangalore to Hyderabad to Chennai to anywhere.

Good structure, higher management is very approachable and helps in solving all level problems, great online trainings offered by the company staff, good infrastructure, preference for working from home,

Lack of belongingness in the company since most of the work is at customer location, salary and benefits are average, expense reimbursements are tedious for expenses which are not clearly defined in policies, bosses can seem powerless since customer dominates most decisions

...t gives deputation amount per month when a person is deputed to client location. Salary is OK when joining only.

They do not have good portals for attendance, employee document management. Most of people works on client locations. No flexible benefits. Very less hikes. Less onsite opportunity

There is no job security... your job will depend upon on if you are billable. Salary is very less with compared to market standards.. they will give hike on your current salary Lets say If you have 9 years of experience and you have salary around Lakhs per annum then they will give you hike on your current salary they will not consider on your experience. Maximum hike they could give you below industry standard

salary compensation, no hikes, too much politics on top level , job security is major concern, they will fire you whenver you are not billable always try to be there in a project to sustain... ...on't match your skill set and there is high chance that the work will be junk. If you are unbilled for 2 months (bench), you won't get salary. Only 1 team outing per year. Limited to 1200Rs per head.
