If you are at client location or captive project , you are gone. If you are freshers , better wait for another offer, because you will be transferred to wherever they want without informing

This company is good for nothing. It's a subsidiary of Larsen and Toubro. Work culture is nothing like L&T and it operates as an individual company which makes it worst. - No learning opportunity and no growth. - Worst work culture and team. - Full of internal Politics. - HR department is garbage. Advice - Don't join this company for god's sake.

They are paying salary on time and its mediclaim is really good.

Management never provide proper increment, No work life balance, It's desk job, Many senior employee has not practical knowledge of field, There is no salary Slab according to year of experience, Even employee have no work then also management can't relieve early during notice period. Leave policy is also not good. HR is never supporting.

Once you switch from other company, you can demand and l&t will match the pay.

Dislikes

No Wfh policy. Even they are not providing laptop itself, still giving desktop only. In this modern world technology, still providing desktop to work. Also working culture is average only. Even if your work can be done in Laptop, L&T is forcing employee to come to office.
