Appraisal is a big concern, project uncertainty, work life balance very bad, no cab facilities for shift and working environment

Good place to work, salary as usual as in service industry yet to be improved, all good and good culture among people. People are so proud of their company that is Good thing, and even have an anthem.

1. Compensation can be improved, 2. Providing needed additional miscellaneous resources (like additional monitor for WFH, etc...) can be improved

Job security based on situation. Worst case they will fire you one day if you're in bench for 3 month.

Dislikes

Worst management, Huge politics even Modi can't contest. Poor management. They hired only fake people with less package. They don't care about their internal employees who already in project for a long time. No promotion. They will give a peanut after appraisal discussion & even no hikes.

L&T salary is very low compared to market. No normalizarion. HR are the worst part (my case). No response from BP HR upon multiple mails. No proper information
