Good managers and team On time salary

Only Favoritism works, any gets approved if you are good to the senior management, deviations are quite normal. They will not provide whichever is promised. Ensure taking everything on email before joining or after joining. Salary Hikes are Pathetic. They say internal parity but that is not applicable for the favourites

One thing that will motivate to go to work are peers.

No proper SOP's to work. Managers are very rude, compensation benefits are very low compared to outside standards. No one cares about employee satisfaction. System is not well maintained, everything has to be done manually.

They don't have any projects. Most of the resources are on bench Higher management has no clue on the upcoming projects. They will randomly assign you to a project irrespective of whether your tech stack matches or not In name of appraisal they will not give more than 5% increment even if you have performed great and have won stellar (LTTS Internal award) I believe it's worst of all the MNCs
