...ot there due to poor management decisions and if affects the daily tasks a lot L&T technology services is not ready to provide the right compensation for well deserving employees too and they don't have any organised policies on promotion

Good managers and team On time salary

Only Favoritism works, any gets approved if you are good to the senior management, deviations are quite normal. They will not provide whichever is promised. Ensure taking everything on email before joining or after joining. Salary Hikes are Pathetic. They say internal parity but that is not applicable for the favourites

One thing that will motivate to go to work are peers.

No proper SOP's to work. Managers are very rude, compensation benefits are very low compared to outside standards. No one cares about employee satisfaction. System is not well maintained, everything has to be done manually.

...elationship. Banch period only for 2 months only even notice period is 3 month.. after 2 months banch period company will hold the salary. No job security. Increment is very poor even top performer increment in single digit. They are trying to work on weekends also.
