... 2. I joined L&T 2 month back but I came to know they hired me without project. After 2 months I had call with HR (Sneha Hemdev) and she told you will be in virtual bench from 3rd months onwards and won't get salary. How some company can hire professional without project and tell you won't get salary from 3rd month. During recruitment they didn't tell these policy. Now it is affecting my profile as I am forced to leave the company. Please don't join L&T as they don't have any project and there is hiring scam going on in L&T. 3. They also have sandwich policy

This is the worst company to work The mangement is the worst there is no job security at all and the work culture is toxic and there will be no projects And the mangers will make us resign by ourself

Salary is paid consistently and it’s good for one who is looking for job security

We work for living but they expect you to live for working, hope everyone understand that. There is no work life balance at all and no good learning opportunities even if you are talented enough you will not be given with other work opportunities until and unless you complete your current project. No one understands our concerns be the HR or Manager.

Company for loosers it is. If you are one you are a fit, you can party everyday here. More you work more you lose. You can see your career and value going down in your own eyes.

Salary, promotion, onsite any perks are claimed by only the worthless. You work with idiots here called managers. They drag you down with them to their low life. Then you become one of them.

Pay Always management will see to down grade the employee benifits such as deputation allowance, Over time & comp offs etc... Personally I got an hike of 400 Rs per month...
