The most horrible work culture I have ever faced. Maximum employees don't have good educational qualification. Maximum employees are not able to write at least 2 English sentences correctly. Work starts at 5am and continues till midnight, sometimes 2/3am even!

Some kind of aggressive mentors monitoring, It's too worst to face and use some salary to work comparision words continue revert by supervisor and superior officials

Things decided by Middle Managers. Focused on short term achievement than sustainable development. Focused only on their own role and it will result in poor implementation. Duplicate reports and change according to the stakeholders.

Leave Policy.if the senior wishes,he will make him work for 30 days in a month's.There is no Hr Policy.secondly even if you are eligible for prmotion,if your senior does not wants it then will not get promotion,and if your senior wants it but is not eligible then he will also get promotion.There is no Hr Policy at all.
