Am talking about L&T Finance's Microfinance business in Kerala. You have to work everyday including public holidays and sundays. Working hours in a day is more than 12. Work starts at 6:30 AM and, ends Minimum after 9 PM. Even after you close your work at 9 PM, still you have to attend review calls, and google meets. You have to report and work even if you are leave. Work pressure is too heavy and really bad fir health. You will not get any family/ Personal time. Absolutely no job security, management is always threatening employees. Most of the benefits and promotions are giving on the basis of personal interests. No support from top management, especially from regional manager and above designations. To save their job, they always put blame on Territory managers and branch managers infront of HO. Even with worst performance, no regional manager or above designations not punished since the 2019. But during this period so many branch managers and territory managers left/forcefully removed by these RMs and above designated people to save their job. If you complaints, you will be their next target. Mandatory yearly bonus is a part of your salary. Actually its not given. Always cutting your incentives....Read More
