There is a lot to learn and I personally liked the philosophy session on every Friday. There is job security and company policies are nice.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and working overtime with no compensation is glorified and seemed as a regular activity. Working on weekends and personal targeting is a part of the job where personal life is not given much importance or considered.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

If there is no engineer here after me after Lok Dowan, then one engineer has the job of 3 engineers.

...an any competitors. Good Japanese MNC company. Perks and benefits are good. Salary will be paid on time and competitive salary with commissions.

Dislikes

No proper branding in market, it is more than 75 year old company but many company not aware about Kyocera MFPs. Management will not give importance to your ideas rather criticize. Lots of politics in sales department. Service SLA is poor.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Located in city center, Friendly staff.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow.The work pressure is very high, everyday has to work 10-12 hrs straight in a day. Managers do not value the individuals. Poor infrastructure & interiors, Low quality furniture.
