I didn't like the manager they are worst

Dislikes

Manager is the worst they make you resign with the pressure and then they will say you have to pay kyndryl because you took leave and all that reason They are very illiterate people who know how they became managers I will be applying for the concern to the court . Not all the managers are like that

...an happy. Kyndryl always encourages and works towards up skilling its resources. Compensation is always better than its competitor. And the policies it inherited from IBM.

Dislikes

If you have not been hired directly in project you will have to struggle for a project assignment.

nothing great when compared to cons , only Pros is Sick leave and flexibility ( depends on ur Teams as well )

You can have worklife balance perfectly here. Skill development is an individual thing where you can choose to improve or not but number of trainings are given, if needed.

Dislikes

Salary Hike is not as expected or equal to market value. I hope this is same in all service based organizations. But if u get Band hike you u get good hike. but band hike is not a regular hike and that is not for all employees in the team also.

...ood projects. Good work life balance, you will get to work on good technology. Managers are friendly, pay would be equal to what market is offering. Company is expanding its operations across India. Overall a great company to work.

Low Ball Offer

How do you react to a situation where you gave 3 rounds of interview with various Hiring managers and 3 rounds with HR and team and at the end they offer you a low Ball Offer which is not as per the job role or industry standards. How to deal with that frustration and emotional pain after knowing this. I politely told them what is not as per my expertise and not as per industry standards. They said this is our budget. I had told my expectations when the hiring manager asked about it and now all this drama. The current company doesn't value any performing employee. My current company manager applied for promotion twice and both times it got rejected and they told fund issues but at the same time all top management people are getting promoted. Hypocrisy. What to do. Please suggest what I can do to get a decent salary with 6+ years of experience in Procurement and Strategic Sourcing. The current package is 9lpa gross salary in Global Strategic Sourcing. I'm doing 3 people work right now.
