Good work environment. Teammates are very supportive. Management not visible. Company policies are fair but appraisal and benefits are poor. Office, lawn, and cafeteria area are very clean and huge.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary growth is very very slow.

Likes

Salary on time. No work pressure Freedom to work anytime, no shift restrictions as such for developers. Lost of upskilling opportunities will be given. Job security Number of vacation days and no need to ask permission to use them.

Dislikes

Still stuck with IBM processes after separation. No young folks in leadership roles and you have to follow the hierarchy. No good hikes or bonuses. Pay scale is also low since it is a service based company.

You can have worklife balance perfectly here. Skill development is an individual thing where you can choose to improve or not but number of trainings are given, if needed.

Dislikes

Salary Hike is not as expected or equal to market value. I hope this is same in all service based organizations. But if u get Band hike you u get good hike. but band hike is not a regular hike and that is not for all employees in the team also.

...ood projects. Good work life balance, you will get to work on good technology. Managers are friendly, pay would be equal to what market is offering. Company is expanding its operations across India. Overall a great company to work.
