You can have worklife balance perfectly here. Skill development is an individual thing where you can choose to improve or not but number of trainings are given, if needed.

Dislikes

Salary Hike is not as expected or equal to market value. I hope this is same in all service based organizations. But if u get Band hike you u get good hike. but band hike is not a regular hike and that is not for all employees in the team also.

...ood projects. Good work life balance, you will get to work on good technology. Managers are friendly, pay would be equal to what market is offering. Company is expanding its operations across India. Overall a great company to work.

Nothing to dislike, it’s a good company.

The flexibility that the company offers to the employees. Also the senior leadership trusts their subordinates and the culture is very inclusive.

Our salary structure is not the best in the market, and the bonus/appraisals are not according to industry standards.

...upport on agile and specially different actions to be tried anywhere everywhere. Competitive pay structure and clarity of organizations strategy and outcome at all level of employees.

Dislikes

We are not Flat enough yet. Moreover, managers especially at higher levels (executives) don't pay much time to listen to their reportees, even if its heard at times nothing much other than diplomatic answers come out. Finding the right role for each of the B-10 employees in Kyndryl is probably a key contributor to the organization's success and growth, but a clear conversation with them rarely happen.

There's couple of programs hosted once a while and interaction with larger chunk of people is fun.

Dislikes

They expect us to complete work without escalations and extend when required. But never ready to pay accordingly to the person who is putting in efforts.
