I don't like anything. The top management is the worst. They don't do anything and just do time pass and the people at the bottom of the pyramid they are squeezed to work day and night. Nothing good about this company. No one knows until when this company will survive. Doesn't look like it's on the right path due to poor performance of top management people. Better stay away.

... from 2 years and it's not getting solved and everything is to be done manually. Top management people draw free salary by doing nothing and people under them at the bottom of the pyramid do all the work. Not at all worth working at this company. No job security or work life balance now. They don't have funds and they don't pay their suppliers and they get to the buyers and ask them for payments and buyers say this and that. Those hectic situations are also handled by buyers only. There are so many PO issues, invoice payment issues and invoice rejections. Everything to be done by the buyer and nothing is done by Accounts payable. If planning to join this company, then my suggestion is please stay away and you will thank me. No promotion from 3-4 years inspite of being a top performer and doing 3 people job. Hike is around 5-8% max on yearly basis for working so much and performing so well. If you ask for promotion or good hike for doing 3 peoples job from a very long time, they say we cannot give you and you can look for a job outside. You can get to bench anytime. Their contracts with their customers are not getting renewed due to poor performance in previous year or term so their customers are going with others and due to that many people are on bench. Worst company. No vision, nothing. They are lost. Top management cares for only big fat salary and normal employees just over work and get exhausted and burned out. Just stay away. Salary is very very less when compared to market for such roles and no growth here apart from working a lot. There are so many other companies, join them and skip this company for your own good and mental health. I'm already looking for a new job as in 4 years of my experience at this company in at the same position where I started first. 0% growth.

...upport on agile and specially different actions to be tried anywhere everywhere. Competitive pay structure and clarity of organizations strategy and outcome at all level of employees.

Dislikes

We are not Flat enough yet. Moreover, managers especially at higher levels (executives) don't pay much time to listen to their reportees, even if its heard at times nothing much other than diplomatic answers come out. Finding the right role for each of the B-10 employees in Kyndryl is probably a key contributor to the organization's success and growth, but a clear conversation with them rarely happen.

There's couple of programs hosted once a while and interaction with larger chunk of people is fun.

Dislikes

They expect us to complete work without escalations and extend when required. But never ready to pay accordingly to the person who is putting in efforts.

I enjoy the vibrant workplace culture at Kyndryl, where cultural events and networking opportunities allow me to connect with amazing, lively colleagues. The office environment is also welcoming and enhances my overall experience.

There's room for improvement in the salary and benefits offered.

Onsite resources has nothing to do with kyndryl work culture and policies. They just need to obey the orders of client. No governance of kyndryl for onsite resources. Kyndryl manager onsite wants us to be available 24/7 so there is no work life balance. Not seen any person promoted in last 2 years.
