...They want to follow industry standards when it comes to working from office etc. but do not follow the standards in compensation. Working on weekends is a norm so much so that they have processes built around the same.

Also KPMG as a firm makes sure that employee's are appreciated for the efforts they put in. All young people around you and warm culture makes it the best place to work. I am currently working as a delivery consultant in IBM(1YOE), which is a technical role and i want to make a switch into a non-tech Consulting centric role and have an offer from KPMG as an analyst, the salary hike is not significant but I want to make a strong profile for making it into management consulting firm later on in my life, should I be making a switch, or wait for any better opportunity as the growth in IBM is very slow and takes time.
