1. Average in terms of perks and benefits. 2. Forget about work-life balance, depends entirely on the project, in consulting it is usually hard to maintain work life balance. 3. Lots of politics but it will keep you sharp! 4. Unrealistic expectations and never-ending work.

Good quality work, less work preasure, proper work life balance, although salary and benefits are average but at the same time one could give proper attention to family with career growth and skill development

... Sunday or after 8 hours without booking time sheet is the most common practice. No extra hours booked no leaves/compensation.
