...eagtive politacal environment, absence of work life balance. Weak HR department. Suppresion/ Opperssion of low pay grade staff by high/ mid level management and no help from HR.

...as per ICAI Guidelines, we are not supposed to work for more than 7 hours a day. But the company expects us to work for more than 10-12 hours a day without any additional pay. No recognition of efforts. I hate everything about this company. They don't even let us take holiday from our comp offs. They expect us to work with negligible pay and no holiday. they even force us to work on weekends.
