...st will go upto September and still no clarity what will happen after September. Salary cut is starting from 25% and goes up to 65 to 70% in some cases. Each and every person is suffering a lot in this company right now. Only thing they are trying to ensure not to fire anyone but if I compare the situation with rival companies ,I can say kpit has left a such deep scar in each employee heart that it may never heal.

1. This company is acquired by W Energy and post acquisition things changed drastically W leadership is not stable and lack of vision about OnG industry 2. Company culture and work life balance is horrible 3. All micro level management happens from top leadership and they less focus on their goals eventually company is not profiting 4. Many resources who are from 4-5 years in organisation are in comfort zone and they do politics with new comers.

...ed to work irrespective of weekends and festival holidays and 12-15 hours daily. Even there is no hike and salary got reduced We were paid only 25% of the base salary

Honestly there is nothing to tell about this company which i like.

Dislikes

They cut salaries upto 45 percent salary within one week of lockdown and it was beautifully planned from management to take salary of employees and worst thing they reported profits in all the quarters

I worked as a Test Engineer from offshore. It's my first company and I had a very smooth transition from joining as a student to becoming a responsible team member, thanks to KPIT's open and friendly environment.

Dislikes

Work life balance is Ok. Compensation for fresher wouldn't be enough. Too much of politics. Overall a good place for learning things but not good enough for staying with company.
