Salary structure is good because they gives Fixed Salary package.

Dislikes

They not tell about project, after recruitment they use as they want your interest doesnt matter. Once transfer to client they never listen our issues. Even I have no work at client since long time and request to change the project but never listen and blame to us. My Deliver Manager was worst. He was so selfish and full of proud.

There is no job security. Very worst work culture. They have deducted 25-35% salary of the employee who is on the project and 70% salary who is on the bench and terminated many more. So the company policies are only for the company not for the employee.

Nothing is there to like. No technical growth. Working only on the outdated technology.

...ironment and culture. Teammates are quite supportive and the management is good. Company policies are okay, appraisals are quite fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Not many facilities in the welfare of the employees. Not very employee and family friendly.

Most of the long time employees are great yo work with. If you have performed good consistently you can be assured of your job. Work culture depends on managers but mostly is helpful.

Dislikes

For mechanical there is low scope for skill development, opportunities are scanty. Compensation is also lower than market standards.

Likes

Appraisals are fair but based on your team and manager only. If no politics in the team, definitely can get good credit from the management. Late night cab facility is available during the delivery.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is no job security. In past 3 years, have seen huge people lost their job due to recession. There's no time limit for work hours. Even if we you put more hard work by working for long hours for critical and short term task which is given by the customer, at the end management will not appreciate anything. But based on the customer we can get some appreciation. There's is no proper compensation for late night deliveries ( Food, Coffee) and weekend work.
