Only salary comes on time .

...elationship. Banch period only for 2 months only even notice period is 3 month.. after 2 months banch period company will hold the salary. No job security. Increment is very poor even top performer increment in single digit. They are trying to work on weekends also.

...y Hike. Always between 3-8% only. In case of promotion we may get 10-15% as Max. Salary structure has more than 10% variable which is not given always.

...l experience is not there, Appraisal and promotion only for favourite employees. Salary not according to the grade and education and experience.

Nothing. don't feel like it is a MNC. Managers are concerned about your Salary. If you are getting paid with average Salary means you have to work for more than 12 Hours.

Dont expect any increment in the salary. They will move to bench any time.

They don't have any projects. Most of the resources are on bench Higher management has no clue on the upcoming projects. They will randomly assign you to a project irrespective of whether your tech stack matches or not In name of appraisal they will not give more than 5% increment even if you have performed great and have won stellar (LTTS Internal award) I believe it's worst of all the MNCs
