I graduated in B.tech ECE in April, 2019 from VIT University, Vellore. But My joining in KPIT was very delayed and I was onboarded in Feb, 2020. The 2-3 months genesis training was very good. But after that I was assigned to annotation project(kind of painting different objects in an image). There, I realized that there are other people who are forced to stay in this project. Around 60 people joined in my batch in feb and all of them got into some useless non-technical projects. KPIT also fired some people during COVID saying that they didn't get into any project. But reality is that the company does not have sufficient technical projects for freshers. I think company should not hire fresher engineers if they have to put them in a job which can be done by even a 10th pass student. It is spoiling their future by wasting their initial 2-3 years. I was mentally frustrated every time I had a thought about my career.

...rary project of 6-8 months, after completion of the project they will fire u. 4. Whoever coming from non automotive C++ background don't think of joining here only because of salary. 5. I know someone with 18+ yoe architect was hired only to stay in bench for 1 year and that guy got fired. 6. Even though resources are available in bench with required skillset they will over hire from outside and they terminate internal resources. 7. Those who are coming from C++ background be ready u have to clear coding test with 80% marks once in a quarter to survive in the company, else u will be fired. 8. They will ask for developer profile to do testing and documentation works.

Only hybrid policy is good but for working mothers also they are asking to join full-time .

No promotion on time . No job profile maintain as per experience of candidates and also very less salary .. increment never given as per performance instead giving seeing face.

Learnt how to use MS Excel fast and salary is credited on time.

Dislikes

No skill improvement and the work culture is not good ( people will act as if they will die if the file is not sent by EOD. EOD means really the end of the day not the end of the working day.) Service based companies have really destroyed the work culture.

As service based but giving good platform opportunity to develop the skills.As compare to other company salary structure is good as well as work as hybrid mode.
