Company is not normalising salary of existing employees but instead they are recruiting from outside. Higher management is not aware of the work done by the middle management Higher management is not giving respect to middle management and they are doing favourism to the employees whom they like and changing their appraisal ratings which is provided by their supervisor accordingly. This is the main reason of attrition in KPIT especially in KPIT Pune.

It all depends up on your delivery manager. Even if you work hard and provide the desired results, you will not get appreciated and rated high as in performance appraisal

...t you will be terminated form the company. 3.Holiday : No holiday whatsoever. 4.Pay : They will be paying you pennies and expect you to work 12-14 hrs a day. Even on weekends you are supposed to work. 5. Bond: They will make you sign a bond for 2 years service contract. Work Culture : Toxic.

I just liked the training subjects and the soft skill training session.

Dislikes

There is no compensation and one cannot see any growth. No projects were available and salary was reduced to 70%.Sometimes during the training period we had to work straight for 9-10 hours. The HR had little manners when it came to the trainees. Less etiquette and manners. There were training sessions and post that exams were held. The training sessions were not up to the mark and people had to go to their other friends to learn things. It was a complete waste of time. The company started laying off people and forcefully resigned them when the big pandemic hit hard in India in 2020. No mercy at all. I would suggest to look jobs in other organization. This isn't a great place to work.
