Promotion and hikes is not good compared to Product companies in. You will get only 4% hike that also in June month Promotion is nightmare and it will be given only to people's who are Manager bootlicker No work life balance

I Joined as solution architect but the kind of work given to me was of a software engineer . Compulsory weekend work Senior people who are more thant 10+ years in KPIT are terrible and arrogant I felt there is a lack of ethics in every department of this organization . my feedback is to not to join this company if you have other option

1. Good package 2.great learning but they will not give you the work, which you are expert at.

Dislikes

1. No job security at all. They will change policies whenever they want. Moreover they will change your salary also whenever they want. 2. You should get prepared to layoff one day, if you are joining in this company. If you do not have any option, then only join and search the other job. 3.after joining the company, you will be put on the bench. If they find you the project, they will give you the work which you did not work before. 4.No work life balance at all. Micromanagement will be there. 5. This is very serious and sincere feedback.if you still join the KPIT, try to quit asap.

hige pay scale difference, if you fall in lower bracket they won't increase it to retain you no matter how good you are. Work is mostly at peak level, and depends upon delivery manager who micromanage the hell out of things.

As service based but giving good platform opportunity to develop the skills.As compare to other company salary structure is good as well as work as hybrid mode.
