...ong in that interview, they ask you to take hacker rank tests on SQL and Python. If you fail, they fire you with just one month's pay and no notice. Survival at this company depends on luck. There are some very skilled people working there. If you have another opportunity, it's best to avoid this company.

Working in kpi is good we can gain knowledge and skills work life balance is good.

Dislikes

...ity it's too bad they easily throw out PPL working for thm with out intimation. When it comes to salary it's good it will credit ontime but compared to market its low here

Dislikes

Many worst things... worst company .. No job security... Worst BGV... Trying to reduce the salary if they have any issues in BGV. Even they have real realtime experience candidates. Don't join this company... No job security even if you have good work experience as well.

Pay is good, if I don't like to work on a particular project I can get an easy switch to another project, work from anywhere option, no micro management or dirty politics

Dislikes

Salary gets delayed almost every month. Appraisal gets delayed by months together every year. Very less employee/team engagement activities. HRs or Managers don't have a regular connect with employees to check on how things are going with them and their projects.

...king for excitement rather than usual job profile. Environment: Best in class Salary: At par market standards Job Security: Not seen a lay off in my last 10 years Permanent Work from home Best in class leaves policy Best in class Medical benefits even covering both the parents for free.

Dislikes

Branding is not done as per the per services offered. Management needs to seriously look for Branding when such aggressive hiring is going on.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
