It is good in security of job , coming to work culture it a very friendly culture and helping each other to learn newly and management is good and company polices are very strict to provide service and quality to customer

...e are doing hardworking need to earn something but in this it is not happening..work is more earning are less in terms of incentives and salary structure..

Well I could find only few things which is good at Kotak Securities which include the job training and the salary part otherwise rest everything is below expectation. (KOLKATA LOCATION)

Almost every thing there's no proper work environment ,the appraisal is also not up to the mark, there are politics between teams and no teams want the other one to succeed. There is no sort of innovative work which takes place in the company.
