The only point i would like to highlight is the company should think about salary structure for employee is very low compared to other banking industry. As per the grade the salary doesn't Match.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Good thing is that they gave salary for the lockdown time

Bad thing is heavy pressure and workload after Covid situation....also no sort of financial appraisal as per the pressure exerted Even no Transport allowance also

No Promotion policy is defined or followed. No considerable salary hike. You can be sitting at the same salary forever if you don’t switch. Office politics cannot even be described in words. No bonus.
