Work life balance No bad words from senior managers in my 10 years tenure with Kotak

Low salary hike every year even for Achievers. If we have grade promotion they will give grade promotion this year and salary hike next year that too 4% extra with normal appraisal.

Learning is there but majorly it depends on your profile and team. Salary is below industry average and apparaisals again same as overall Banking Industry standard.

...lance should be there if you want efficiency and productivity from the employee.Salary again is a low as compared to the profile and KRA given to any employee. Appraisals and not much to talk about.

1)Adopts latest technology. 2)complaints handling is good,especially in internal audit.

...m area managers for insurance business and no proper support to bank managers. 3)More work ,less salary packages . 4)so Many windows for loans and advances which leads to customer dissatisfaction. 5)daily 3-4 conference calls,which effects customer service.

No work life balance now. I have to attend concall even at 9 pm when all branches are closed by 7:30 Every day i get threatened for loosing my job i am very much sacred New management of bank don’t care about staff
